- Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
- Yes — after a rescue. The rescue gets it to a state we’re willing to be responsible for; the care plan keeps it there. We don’t take on mystery codebases blind, because that’s how promises get broken.
- What counts as a small change?
- Words, prices, photos, opening hours — the edits a business needs weekly. New pages and features are quoted separately, and we’ll say which side of the line something falls before doing it.
- Am I locked in?
- No — monthly, cancel whenever, and everything is in your name so leaving is genuinely easy. We’d rather earn the renewal than write it into a contract.
- What happens when something breaks at 9pm?
- Honestly: monitoring usually tells us before you do, urgent things get fixed urgently, routine things same-week. What you’re buying is that it’s our problem first.
