Motivaite.
An AI fitness coach people actually keep using — one build shipped to the App Store, Google Play and the web at £12.99 a month.

The problem
Fitness apps die in week three. Logging is a chore, plans do not bend around real life, and the coaching is a PDF with a login. We wanted the opposite: an app that notices, adapts, and forgives — and we wanted it on every platform without building it three times.
What we built
- Meal logging by photo — point the camera at the plate and the AI does the writing; barcode scanning covers the packets
- A coach with memory: plans reset around each member’s own check-in day, and streaks come with grace built in, because life happens
- Apple Health and Health Connect wired in natively, so steps and workouts flow without retyping
- Push notifications that actually arrive on iPhone, Android and web — three systems that each work differently, tamed into one
- Shopping lists rebuilt from the meal plan and organised by supermarket aisle
- A weekly recap that reads like a coach wrote it, because one effectively did
Under the bonnet, in plain English
One codebase ships to both stores and the web. The AI vision, the coaching brain and the payments all run on the same stack we use for client work — which is the point: every hard lesson here (store review quirks, notification certificates, health-data privacy) was learned on our own product before it could cost a client anything.
What this proves for your project
If your project is an app, this is the de-risking: we have already been through App Store submission, Play review, push certificates and health-grade data handling on our own money. The £13,500-from price on our app service exists because the expensive lessons are behind us.
