Business systems

Systems your business runs on instead of spreadsheets.

The quoting, the scheduling, the invoicing, the bit that currently lives in a spreadsheet and one person's head.

Typically from £8,000 – £11,200 · 8–12 weeks · fixed price agreed before we start

Who this is for

Businesses past the point where off-the-shelf software fits, but nowhere near the point where enterprise software makes sense.

What usually brings people here

01

The spreadsheet has become load-bearing

It works, until two people open it at once, or the person who built it is on holiday.

02

The same information is typed in three times

Quote, job sheet, invoice. Every retype is a chance to get it wrong.

03

Off-the-shelf nearly fits

You are paying monthly for something where you use a fifth of it and work around the rest.

How we go about it

Discovery first — a proper look at how the work actually flows, not how an org chart says it does. Then something clickable before anything is really built, so you are reacting to a real thing rather than approving a document. Then built around your process, connected to the tools you already pay for.

What you get

Included

  • Discovery, then something clickable before we build
  • Built around how you already work
  • Connections to the tools you already use
  • User accounts and permissions
  • Reporting on the numbers that matter to you
  • Your data exportable at any time

Not included

  • Third-party licence fees
  • Data entry or migration of paper records
  • Staff training beyond a handover session

One we built

One engine serving eleven trades, each with its own questions, scoring and pipeline — because a restaurant and a skip hire firm need genuinely different conversations.

Questions we get asked

Will it talk to Xero / QuickBooks / our CRM?
Usually yes. Tell us the list up front — integrations are the main thing that moves a price.
What about our existing data?
We import what is structured enough to import and tell you honestly what is not worth the effort.
Who owns it?
You do, on final payment. Code, data, accounts. Your data is exportable at any time, not held hostage.
What if we need changes later?
That is what the care plan is for. Small changes are included; anything substantial gets quoted before we start.

Tell us what's annoying you.

Half an hour, no charge, no pitch deck. If we are not right for it we will say so and point you at someone who is.
