The Social Media Academy.
A social media training platform that places you with an assessment, then teaches from that point — with a knowledge base that re-checks its own facts every week.

The problem
Social media training goes stale faster than it can be written. A course recorded eighteen months ago still teaches a feed that no longer exists, a spec that changed twice since, and a button that moved. So people learn from free videos of unknown age instead, and nobody can tell them which parts are still true.
What we built
- A placement assessment — five to ten minutes, six skill areas scored separately — so nobody sits through what they already know
- Twenty-eight modules across four levels (Foundations, Practitioner, Marketer, Leader) and 168 lessons, with a five-question pre-check on each module that lets you skip what you can already do
- Sixty-nine platform facts across eleven networks, re-verified against the platforms’ own documentation every week and dated in public, so a lesson states how old its facts are
- Four learner paths — career switchers, business owners, creators and marketing professionals — built from the same modules in a different order
- A public changelog of what the platforms changed and what we corrected because of it
- Enough given away to judge it honestly: the assessment, one full module, and the first lesson of every other one
Under the bonnet, in plain English
The interesting part is not the video library, it is the maintenance. A weekly job re-reads each platform’s own documentation, compares it with the sixty-nine facts the courseware asserts, and flags every drift for review before anything is republished — the same discipline we built into this site’s own content engine, pointed at someone else’s moving target. Around it sits ordinary subscription plumbing: accounts, assessment scoring, per-person progress, monthly and annual billing.
What this proves for your project
If your business sells knowledge — courses, training, memberships, certification — this is the proof that the hard part is keeping it true after launch, and that we build the checking in rather than bolting it on. It is also the clearest example of a platform that maintains its own content instead of waiting for someone to notice it has gone out of date.
