The problem

Counselling costs £60–£90 an hour, has a waiting list, and needs everyone in the same room at the same time, saying the hard things out loud. Most couples and families never get that far. What they get instead is the same argument, quietly, for years.

What we built

• A separate, private account for every person in a circle — a partner or an adult family member is invited in, and can never see what anyone else wrote
• A coach that reads every answer, finds where people are pulling in different directions, and writes a development plan with weekly check-ins — coaching and advice, never verdicts
• A free trial that does real work before anyone pays: the assessment, a personal plan, a formulation and the whole first week
• Per-seat subscriptions or a one-off eight-week programme, billed to one account holder for however many seats the circle needs, through Stripe
• The Pause, “Say it for me”, a daily one-word check-in and a free public relationship checkup
• A knowledge base of best practice behind the coach — and a super-admin that sees feature statistics but never a single person’s answers

The newest of the five and the most technically demanding, because the privacy model is the product. It is our AI service at its most serious: a knowledge base, a coach that reasons across several people’s answers without leaking any of them, and a billing model with one payer and many seats — built browser-only and shipped to Vercel the same way as everything else we make.
